My son was once hit by a presidential car and subsequently neglected. It was up to me to take care of my son, with no help from the government even though the accident was their fault. But being overlooked and abandoned by the government of my country is only part of my story. Life in the capital city of Moroni and how the community has changed over my life time, my education and my experience of being a Comorian father and husband are also integral parts of my story.
